Erhan Ünal, one of the directors of a firm that brings tourists
from Russia to Antalya, set out from Moscow on 30 April
on his motorcycle to mark the 18th anniversary of the firm's
founding. In 10 days Ünal (37) covered 4,150 kilometers.
Except for border crossings the police didn't stop Ünal once,
that is until he was caught on radar 70 kilometers from
Antalya in Burdur's Bucak district, doing 122 km/p/h. After
paying the 319TL fine Ünal said 'the fine didn't bother me
money-wise but it did psychologically. I wish I'd gone slower.'
